About Adirose Learning
Hi, I’m Rosie Adiole, founder and lead teacher of Adirose Learning. Teaching is truly my passion, and for over 10 years I’ve been dedicated to helping children grow not just academically, but in confidence and independence too.
I believe that every child learns best when lessons are tailored to their individual needs, and I take great care in designing engaging, purposeful sessions that lead to real progress. I pride myself on creating lessons that spark curiosity and make learning meaningful, so children understand not just what they are learning, but why it matters.
A big part of my approach is inspired by the “mantle of the expert” philosophy, where children are immersed in their learning and encouraged to think and work like professionals. This helps build confidence, independence, and a genuine love of learning.
My goal is always to create a supportive and inspiring environment where your child feels motivated, capable, and proud of what they can achieve.
Adirose Learning was founded in early 2026 after I recognised a real need to provide more personalised support for children. Many parents feel their children are not making the progress they should in school, often due to larger class sizes and limited staff support, and I wanted to create a space where every child could receive the attention they deserve.
At Adirose Learning, I provide personalised tutoring designed to meet each child’s individual needs. Whether your child needs extra support, a confidence boost, or help to reach the next level, lessons are tailored to help them succeed in a way that works for them.
